  • BBQ Chicken Lavosh

  • Lavosh - 1 sheet
  • 2 TBS creme fraiche
  • 1 cup left over roasted chicken (remove skin, debone, chop or shred)
  • ¼ yellow onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ½ cup shredded cheese, I used mild cheddar
  • Olive Oil
  • ½ TSPN oregano
  • ½ TSPN ginger
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Sesame Seeds
  1. Spread the lavosh with creme fraiche, place on baking sheet
  2. To a small frying pan add olive oil. When the oil is hot add the onion, cook for a few minutes until translucent. Add chicken and BBQ sauce. Just heat it up. Spoon the chicken and BBQ mixture to the top of the lavosh. Spread it out evenly. Season with oregano, ginger and salt and freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle (liberally) with sesame seeds, add shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes until lavosh is golden brown around the edges. Cut and serve hot!
