Roasted Brussels Sprout with Maple Glaze

This simple recipes takes Brussels sprouts to a whole new level. The pure maple syrup adds a little sweetness to an otherwise pungent taste.

  • 1 lb organic Brussels sprouts, washed and sliced in half vertically
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt, Pepper, Herbs de Provence
  • Pure Maple Syrup
  1. Super easy! Preheat the oven to 375. Clean the Brussels sprouts, take off the top few leaves and slice vertically from top to core. Drizzle with olive oil and place in a baking sheet. Freshly ground sea salt and black pepper over the top. Sprinkle Herbs de Provence over the top. Don't be shy with these, it's adding flavor to an otherwise bitter vegetable.
  2. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Drizzle with pure maple syrup, move them around with the spatula, turning them over. Bake for another 15 minutes or so until fork-tender. Serve as a side to chicken, beef or pork or simply #eatyourveggies
