Summer Salad of Romaine & Strawberries

Serves: 2 servings
- 2 cups Romaine
- ½ English cucumber
- 10 large strawberries
- Sliced Toscana cheese w/ black pepper
- Pecans
- Tbsp dried dill
- Dark balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Clean Romaine lettuce and arrange a “bed”, half for each plate
- Rinse and slice the cucumber and place half in each plate
- Rinse, hull and quarter the strawberries, add half for each plate
- Add a few slices of cheese and a handful of pecans to each plate
- Dress with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Season with salt, pepper and dill to taste
