Grilled Salmon

This simple grilled salmon recipe is perfect for lunch or dinner, especially if you're in a rush! It only takes a few minutes to prep, 10 minutes on the grill and it's ready!
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon filets (rinse, pat dry and make sure there aren't any bones)
- 2 TBS mustard
- Salt, Pepper & Italian Seasonings
- Olive Oil
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Heat up your outdoor grill. I coat the grate with olive oil.
- Drizzle olive oil over the filets, both sides. Salt & pepper both sides. Place skin side down and spread mustard over the top. Season with Italian seasonings. Place on the grill skin side up. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn them over, grill for 5 more minutes. Garnish with lemon and serve.
